Bill Strite was born and raised in Shippensburg PA. Where he attend grade school, Jr. high and two years of Sr. His last two years of high school were completed at the Mercersburg Academy. He then went to Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Indiana, PA where he recieved a BS in Industrial Safety Management. While in the Military he completed 33 semester hours towards his Masters in Criminal Justice Jacksonville State University. Life Member West End Fire and Rescue.
